If any other player was playing this far below their capabilities they would not be an automatic starter. Kev needs a rest - hopefully he will now get it, and be introduced gradually to build his form back before the crunch games to come.

This. If the games are not available without a subscription to Sky or BT then expecting fans to pay almost £15 a game was never going to be popular. £5 seems fair all round.

Obviously they want bums on seats, but in the grand scheme of things the ticket sales are a drop in the ocean so I wouldn't worry about the club's taking the fans view point into account! ;)

I don't get why they want to reduce the number of teams in the league from 20 to 18? The other proposals you can see why they would want to do it, i.e. charity shield and league cup, but the reduction in league games would reduce the value of any future TV deal and also (eventually) two less...
