Has the internet made the world a better place?

The internet is fantastic - a truly great invention. Unfortunately used and ruined by humans

    Just fry the bastard...

As much as I want to read the article to find out exactly what a c*nt the bloke actually is, I cannot bring myself to read it. Children should be cherished - I've 2 kids aged 5 years and 4 months and knowing there are people in this world who can do these sort of things sickens and saddens me...

    Best band you've seen live?

Oasis, Maine Road, 1996 on the Saturday. They nailed it and the crowd were eating out of the palms of their hands - like the band or not, they were on the crest of a wave around that time. Shed Seven and The Charlatans have always been excellent the times I've seen them. Have to give a...

    RIP Terry Hall

BBC4 has been on my telly tonight since 9.00 and won't be getting switched over Love The Specials. As has been said, it's a shame Terry Hall was a rag - but he's pretty f**kin cool. Currently watching the gig from Colchester........the energy of the band (and the two tone movement in general)...

    Mark & Lard

Didn't know they were working together again. During the 90's, for me, a staple daily diet as we had Radio 1 on at work, from their breakfast show stint, but mostly their afternoon show, they were fantastic - Fat Harry White and Missing Words spring to mind immediately, but there was so much...

Heartbreaking moments as a City fan - when your favorite player leaves

    1. Joe Hart 2. Peter Barnes & Gary Owen (both leaving at the same time) 3. Kinkladze 4. Howard Kendall too - I know he has been labelled as a "Judas" but I was gutted when he went as I thought we were on the verge of something 5. SWP - always remember the pre season friendly when it all came to...

    TV Series

Couldn't agree more. Didn't watch it last night so watched the final episode tonight. Both me and the missus were very underwhelmed - had potential at the start but deffo petered out and yeah, the conclusion was naff

    Classic city t-shirts

I had one from around 89/90 with a cartoon character pulling a "moonie" on the front with the words Blue Moon. Then on the back, it had the lyrics to the song. Obviously, I had the Roslers Grandad bombed OT one. Can also remember a couple of Kinkladze ones I had too - one was a take on the...

    do you own anything red?

To my utter annoyance, my daughters school uniform is red. To counter this, in my pathetic mindset, I've stitched a small piece of sky blue cotton on everything she has. My missus thinks I'm bonkers - she'll never understand. Other than that school uniform, the only thing red which is allowed...

    New songs needed

One "F" in Foden There's only one "F" in Foden Would sound like "There's only one effing Foden" Because there is only one Phil Foden and he deserves a better chant than the Harry Kane regurgetation about being one of our own

    Happy birthday Shaun Goater!

Feed The Goat With his uncanny knack of finding the net, I;m convinced he'd get as many as Haaland in the current team. A cult hero at City - Happy Birthday

Apart from sprouts, what is the most rubbish food ever?

It's true I'm afraid. They'd cut the mildew off the cheese, re-weigh it, repackage it and send it out. It's horrible stuff, it stinks and feels horrible to touch

Apart from sprouts, what is the most rubbish food ever?

Couldn't agree more - I hate the taste, smell and texture of it. When I first left school I worked in a dairy for a while and cheese was vile - it would grow mildew on it and they would just cut it off, repackage it and send it out.
