    Hector Bellerin

Let's be honest those two would be a winner at RB this seaso. If they both end up playing for our first team

    General transfer rumours

Me too but if he was shit wouldn't even entertain the idea - even though they are shite at the moment internationally they're stocked in central defence Pathastathopoulos at Dortmund, Papadopoulos if he ever gets fully it again and Manolas are all proper defenders in the Otamendi and Kompany...

    De Bruyne?

Not been that impressed with him tonight big game and all... Doesn't look an upgrade on Jovetic or Nasri. Doesn't take the game by the scruff of the neck a la Nasri - Seems like Silva is our key for next season too. Interesting though as Wales have a Prem standard defence and style. second half...

    De Bruyne?

Is he a top tier player and would you have him over Reus, Bale and Isco or even Sterling for what we need to improve? Pace , power and goals should be our goal to supplement Aguero in attack surrounding Silva. For the money we d spend on De Bruyne surely the others wouldn't be out of our price...

    De Bruyne?

How much better than Eriksen is this kid - seen a fair bit of him but never been overly impressed. Playmaker who can't defend? Would prefer Reus or Bale and give a chance to Lopes and Pozo to be apprentice to Silva and Nacho to Aguero.Break the bank for Pogba and one of the two above.

    City v FC Porto

Superb effort from the team even though it was like watching Greece v the Czech Republic in 2004. Great resilience and some passion finally from City to win sth this season. Maffeo and Angelino did well and Gunn looked solid under the high ball if a little awkward in his kicking (still more...

EDS v West Ham, tonight 7pm, live on whufc.com

Yes I suppose it comes down to whether you want to win youth trophies or prepare the players for the style of play being preached. The latter seems to have the emphasis at the mo.

EDS v West Ham, tonight 7pm, live on whufc.com

Only joy we had was when we went long or down the wing. Winder how long it will take before our players actually understand the so called Barca model. Smith-Browne looked comfortable and the rest kept the ball well but Pozo was disappointing and our wide players couldn't beat their men on the...

    Melbourne City FC Thread

Thanks for the info - thats what I was looking for. How have the ex- Prem players been this year in Koren and Duff? Past it / indifferent / a class apart? How many players could play at a higher level? and youngsters that look the business?

    Zuculini (at Cordoba)

Watched his second half cameo against Espanyol and changed the game even though they didn't score he sat in midfield and kept play ticking over. short and stocky with no real pace but aggressive and fearless. Bit of a Cambiasso maybe. He looked distraught at the end and gave 110%. Had to be...

    Last Film You Saw

Predestination last night was absolute pap but the winner goes to tonight's Tusk! All I can say is WTF! I mean WTF! You have to watch it until you actually turn to your partner/ mates/ pet iguana Pete or whoever and literally say WTF is this. Watch it but don't blame me.

Can Sergio Reach Ballon d'or Heights

If we continued playing him in the current formation without an out an out strike partner and using him as the tip of the attack then he would soon catch up injuries withstanding. He is coming into his own this year and the more he starts believing in himself as 'the one' as opposed to him...
