If you have weak joints and or are heavy just mix it in with your normal routine or other workouts. There is no way you can get through it with any sort of weakness in your legs or lower joints.

I like the workouts but find them really hard on my knees and hips so mix them up with some p90x workouts which is another set of dvd's full of cheesy yanks (the kempo x and abripper ones). Well worth the money IMO.
