Its Hawkeye the series. Fisk has always been known to wear white/cream suits. The Hawaiian shirt was lifted from a graphic novel he was in.

What the hell did you watch to get that opinion? He wasn't in a Spider-Man movie yet, only in Daredevil and Hawkeye. Also in the comics he is traditionally a Spider-Man villan.
