Hang about , most people make a Lifestyle choice .if peopple are married or Live together what gives them the right to have more children than they can afford to bring up &then expect everyone else to go to work to pay for them while they stay at home

Well taking the couple from the link as an example, they could hardly predict the husband being out of work an unable to find a job due to the recession or that they would have a disabled child.

They certainly do need to regulate DLA alot more as these days they seem to dish it out to anyone for anything, namely 'depression', this DLA award will entitle them to other premiums through other benefits which is where most of the money is going too.

Benifits should be used as a saftey net for people in need of help not as a Lifestyle choice

The Mighty Quinn's the biggest WUM on here. £555 a week! from the moment you sign on, you should not be able to claim if you have one more child. If you have 10 children before you sign on then great, you've worked to support them. The second a claimant chooses to have another baby whilst dependent on the state, their benefits would be stopped. this isn't controlling but instead halfing the number of sponging fuckers (my sister and her boyfriend for instance) who have 4 kids for the sole purpose of living an easy life.

If we were all the same as these twats, the country would have been fucked years ago, just lucky there are those willing to have families and work to support them. I'm 23 and embarrassed when i say to people i am on the dole after accepting redundancy, so to still have an input to society, i'm volunteering for several companies to get me out the house.

As someone who works in Benefits it's very easy to be synical when looking at people earning these sorts of sums but there are genuine people who actually need an rely on this to live.

This is the sort of thing that makes me want to emigrate. The benefit system is seriously flawed if people can screw it for that much cash. The system needs an overhaul to deter people like this from taking what they don't deserve. I'm pretty sure that in my hour of need I'd be f*****'d because I don't know how to play the system for all it's worth.

One way to solve people abusing the system is to make people responsible for the financial upkeep of any chils after the 3rd?

So if you have a 4th child you get no child benefit/tax credits ut's the sole responsibilty of the parents to provide from their own pockets etc

I'm aware some will say thats unfair cos some ppl like a large family but thats just my view.

After the 3rd? How about being responsible for all of your own kids?
If you want a large family get a job and pay for them.

as it always been the same the mail? i dont remeber it having the same rep years back, dont read it myself but have seen a few writers on question time and they do seem like they are holding back the full extent of their views

I've no idea what it used to be like but for the past few years one of the girls I was living with bought it on a daily basis. I'd flick through it whilst making my tea reading the sheer panic and horror as the journalists tried their level best to scare the complete shit out of me. It worked until I actually stopped and thought and realised it was just scare mongering aimed at middle Britain.

My favourite article was written by a 40+ yr old man who complained that 'within 40 seconds of registering on Facebook posing as a 14yr old girl I received sexually explicit messages from men I've never met'.

There was also an hilarious article about London 'street kids', 2 in 3 carry knives apparently but my favourite aspect of the article was how obviously made up the names and quotes were!
