Since they won it, there's been every conceivable excuse to get around that. One idea was changing world football to suit them, by playing our leagues in the summer. Now we're putting hovering clouds in the sky?!

Hovering Clouds is just a technological innovation that would look pretty cool, air conditioned stadia is a lot more cost effective, the clouds would look cool but.
