20MPH Speed limits to be scrapped?

Is that right that M/cr Council is binning the 20pmh speed limits? The one on Ten Acres lane/ Bank Bridge on the way to the ground is ball-breakingly pointless for e.g.

Cars are getting too reliable, whats needed are a few more assault courses built on the main roads,that should boost the garage business.

Thank fuck, trying to run at that speed isn't easy with my issues.

They aren't getting rid of them they just aren't implementing anymore as resesrch has shown they don't work apparently.
