3 WEEKS WITHOUT A DRINK

I said 3 weeks ago that I was not drinking alcohol until I had done the 10k run (which is on the 17th of this month).
Fuckin gagging for a pint of stella or kronenburg!.
The way iam feeling today, a soggy beer mat would suffice!.

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
