    Scary scenes here in Austria today. We were at the friendly game Bremen v Ajax, and the 20-year-old Nouri just collapsed on the pitch. Appears it was a heart attack. Helicopter landed on the pitch and lifted him to Innsbruck.
    I hear he's survived, but such an event makes you look at your own life a little more closely.

    They've said he's "out of danger" now, thankfully. Scary stuff though, seems to be happening too frequently.

    Diagnosed with severe and permanent brain damage according to ajax. Chances of recovery null. Heatrbreaking

    I wonder if it was an underlying condition. Scary as fuck to think you can be playing the sport you love then potentially lose your life seconds later.

    This highlights the importance of recognising a cardiac arrest and starting CPR asap.I'm surprised all footballers arent routinely taught these abilities.

    So,so tragic for the kid and all involved.
