Well, If Hughes cant deal with the Brazilians he has already got adding Adriano into that mix is not a good recipe. Not a chance with Hughes in charge. I would much rather Eto'o
Brazilians being a different species? Elano's not in the 1st team - so that means the manager can't deal with players of his nationality? If anything Hughes has bent over backwards to accommodate one Brazilian in his favoured position which has reduced the opportunities for another

Oh come on. Its pretty obvious that Elano, Jo and Robinho are a clique. Elano is not happy. We all know that. His mates probably aren't happy either. Im not having a go at Hughes. Im just saying that adding Adriano at this stage is not a wise move. How can't you see that?

it must be a right chore bending over backwards to play Robinho, our top scorer. How is he reducing the opportunities of others? Who else would play in that position?

Hughesy will not be signing any players whos surname ends in 'O'
so we arent signing eto'o?

But for me the big no when it comes to Adriano is that he isnt proffesional when you come to the training DRUNK as he did when JM told him to go... that is unacceptable... would never like to have a player like that in this day and age playing for City

He's mentally unstable, has bouts of depression and homsesickness, can't handle the wealthy lifestyle. They sent him to Brazil last year to try and settle him down, looks like he's going off the rails again.

of anyone who we have been linked with i think this is the guy that woyuld help push us forward the most....has everything you need to play in the prem....pace and power...good in the air.....he has it all

questionable mental state in the past but seems to have got over those probblems...

would be a definate yes from me

I think adriano is definitely on our shopping list. I've posted why I think/know this before.

Please refresh us or provide a link to your last thread.

he posted this a while back

This is the first, and probably last, piece of transfer rumour/speculation I have/will ever post.

I have been told that Inters medical staff have been told to undertake a full work up on Adriano, including toxicology and trichos
The medical tests go beyond normal investigations in that they focus on drug and alcohol use over a long period of time and they have to use specialist outside labs.

I am told that these tests are needed in the next two weeks because there have been enquiries about his availabilty from two foriegn clubs, including one in the EPL, but that neither is prepared to progress their interest without this information.

That's all I know.

i don't know if you've noticed. but the brazillians have not proved too popular with Mr Hughes! and vice versa!

He regulary starts 1 of a possible 4 of these. (Robinho) Elano, Jo and Glauber have all been out of favour.

HOWEVER Adriano (like Robinho and unlike Elano, Jo and Glauber) Is EXPERIENCED and a WINNER.

if he could proove fitness and work ethic, he'd be ideal.
