Is the advertising on this sight tailored to the browser's internet history?

I have been on the National Lottery's scratchcard site (a couple of times) and usually play the Snakes and Ladders game, lo and behold, its advert is at the top of the page telling me to go to the Snakes and Ladders game.





If it is tailored to the user's internet habits, when is the visit the nuns and transvestite dwarf advert going to come up?


P.S. Ric I don't know about the cost differences on this site/server whatever it is but the new site is very slow for loading.

I've been offered liposuction, Laura Ashley, and a dating agency for men who model their appearance on David Cameron, or women who want to go out with men of that sort. And currently something about vanity degrees at Liverpool University. Yes, they seem to have worked me out.
