Yellow card at most.
(A) It has been for about 58 years. They've been very lucky this season in terms of decisions going for them, lots of offside goals, Ibra could've had 4-5 red cards, Rojo could've had a couple, could've had a couple more today. I don't buy the conspiracy, as we've had lucky seasons too, but this certainly seems to be theirs(A). Whereas we've had the opposite, plenty of penalties not given, red cards not given, any potential red card is immediately given to us, wrong decisions being made etc.
Yet we're still ahead of them, it's quite remarkable really. We've been pretty poor since the opening 10 games, and been pretty unlucky, yet we're still ahead. It gives you hope, when they have an unlucky spell(B), and we have a lucky spell, we really should be able to put some distance between us & them on the pitch again.
Forgot about that as well. Fernandinho's red was for less. Again, I'll not hold my breath waiting on FA action
In rugby that would be considered violent play (possible neck roll) and the player would be sin binned for 10 minutes. In football I always thought that actions like that are a red card offence. Of course if the ref hasn't seen it it can be dealt with retrospectively can't it?
