Needs to improve a few things but hope the manager won't use him as one of the scapegoats in that first half performance and not play him again this season as he should have managed his situation over the season a lot better prior to starting him..Was struggling to get around as he was clearly lacking match practice.

Why oh why did Pep think it was a good idea for him to play his first game for months against a team of cloggers fighting relegation? I just cannot understand where he's coming from with the team selection today.

Wouldn't it be nice if someone like him could be rotated in to the side when still surrounded by the majority of our best XI? Yet again, a kid gets a chance when surrounded by shite and then gets dragged off like he was the main problem. No Silva, no Yaya, no Sane and Garcia is expected to come in and run the show. The lad needs to be a little more progressive with his passing but he's on a hiding to nothing when his wide options are Clichy and Navas. Pep set the lad up for failure today.

Stupid of pep to put him in a game like this when he was conducting an experiment, fernando and let dinho do the passing would have been better

Pep didn't envisage the first half going the way it did

Can't judge him on today,he has been very good in his odd appearance this season in the cup. He was hung out to dry by his manager today.

He obviously thought all he had to do was play Jesus, they would roll over and everything else would take care of itself. Little sign of him adapting at the moment.
