I think the boys going on loan to Girona are all targeted as potential successes for the club. Be it to sell on at profit, or to be good enough for the first team in a year or two. We are currently building a team of players sub 25 with the odd one older than that. If we can make it click we have the potential of a team who can play together for the next 8-10 years! That's great for us but a very scary prospect for everyone else. Yes we're buying world class youth but it's what we're doing off the field too that is aligning all the pieces for a very bright blue future.
