BBC and MSF reporting that two hospitals have today been hit by air strikes.

Russia openly admitting a state of Cold War between it and the West.

Turkey shelling Kurdish militia.

Assad vows to retake the entire country.

What the giddy fuck is going on here?

Let's start from the basis that there are NO moderates involved in the fighting.

I'm tired of the media game where sky and the BBC spout our governments line it's all the nasty Russians fault and then RT doing the same in reverse.

Truth is all sides are cunts and innocent people are dying.

It's a sunni v shia conflict with a bit of east v west strategic positioning thrown into the mix.
There's no solution to it because all 4 parties are so entrenched in their views.

Syria is now the setting for the next world war or the closest we will come to it this century. It's quite remarkable just how many different parties are now involved.

WW3 by proxy. All governments involved wilfully ignorant of the mass migration they are causing and don't want to do anything about it.

Road To World War III: Turkish Army Enters Syria After Second Day Of Shelling As Saudi Warplanes Arrive
On Saturday, the geopolitical world was shocked when Turkey began shelling Aleppo, where the Syrian opposition has its back against the wall in the face of an aggressive advance by Hezbollah and the IRGC supported, of course, by Russian airstrikes.

To be sure, everyone knew Ankara and Riyadh would have to do something quick if they wanted to preserve the rebellion. Their proxies are being rolled up rapidly by Hassan Nasrallah’s army and Vladimir Putin’s air force juggernaut. But few expected the escalation would come so quickly.

The moon? Am I missing something?

Well with the Suadi's amassing in turkey and ready to go in I may spend this week building a bomb shelter as apparently Russia have warned that any Saudi force entering Syria is an act of war and haven't ruled out using tactical nuclear missiles against them. I normally scoff at WW3 being mentioned with these conflicts but this is becoming a complete mess, more than it already was.
