Well I was wishing the same and to be honest I have never heard of Andre Gomes before this thread so don't know even what his position is. Hope you're right though.Maybe Barca nicking Andre Gomes will send Real out to nick Pogba which in turn will leave the door open for Kroos to come to us...wishful thinking?

Gomes plays further forward..most likely depth for Modric since this is Madrid's last transfer window for a while.Was he Kroos replacement I wonder.

He's always been KFA with us that's for sure, his success rate has gone downhill last couple of Windows.Strange timing too as Di Marzio just reported Gomes was Juve's first target for replacing Pogba. Gomes was also a Real Madrid target.

they lacked money due to no kit/shirt sponsor...now that isn't an issue. They just signed Neymar to a mega extension so yeah they aren't short of money. They have spend like 70 mill net this summer
