download and install Astro file manager

Search your torrent site for Android apps.

Connect your phone to your pc, drag the files over to the phone and then access these files using ASTRO.

I use Blackdroid,4shared.com and Blapkmarket to download apk files.
Also install dropbox on your pc and phone.Drag the apk file to dropbox on your pc and it will sync with the phone. Then install the apk file in your phone dropbox.
Piss easy and most apps are available on the above mentioned sites.
