Why don't you just get a cover up tattoo? Lots of talented tattoo artists out there that could turn the one you hate into one you'd love.
That’s the next option. Wanted to see if anyone had got rid of one before I went down that route. I genuinely don’t like them though.

I’m in the midst of having one lazered now and it’s fading away very well, I think another 2-3 sessions and a couple of month wait and it will have faded to nothing. Not sure if you get them where you are but I got my via some internet offer so it’s only cost me about £50 so far. (Licensed place with good reviews) Stick with it mate for a while and see what happens
