I have seen that before and I'm as bewildered now as I was the first time I saw it.

I don't know what compelled them to make that banner as it's nonsensical really and Boyle looks like he should be in a Pet Shop Boys tribute band. Note his footwear as well - velcro straps = can't tie his own laces.
