you could try changing the channel you connect to on your router.
usually you find your router settings by typing in <a class="postlink" href="http://192.168.0.1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://192.168.0.1</a>
to your address bar in your browser, if this doesnt work go to start/run and type in cmd and at the prompt type ipconfig /all
your routers address will be the same as your default gateway so write it down and do the same as described above.
when you find your routers settings, locate the wireless settings and somewhere in there you'll see where to change the channel your router uses.
