Just been used in the u20 World Cup:



I'm firmly in favour of it, but even with the benefit of a replay, it's hard to tell if that was a red.

The danger as said before is that the video ref assumes the role of ´´correction´´and in close calls like you mention the ref has no chance to reassess and agree or disagree.
Clear cut cases should be no problem but if uncertainty then perhaps stick by original decision.

Video ref just been used in Italy Uruguay match ... the game carried on for nearly 2 mins before the ref went back to a penalty decision and giving the pen. The replay showed it was very soft if a penalty at all. The whole thing was a farce.
