As for avast, you have installed it with the default options which basically means its constantly trying to sell you the full version which is full of tools you can get for free elsewhere
goto filehippo an try ccleaner, it will do most cleanup jobs including removing useless startup progs and lots of other goodies

be careful if your a bit wet behind the ears with computers though lol no offence
