I've never rated Barkley that highly. Yes, he runs at players and sometimes beats them. He can't pick a pass and he shoots from stupid positions.

Think I remember Martinez saying that he can't remember more than one instruction either.

First season, defenders hadn't worked him out. This season they have.

Sterling is an upgrade on Barkley, but still suffers from the same issues. I can only hope that Sterling is more capable of taking instructions on board better if we do sign him.
