They were out again today. CBL3. They removed them after about 10 mins into the half time interval as it back fired on them as the toilets were then full of smokers

I was on CBL3 and when someone said it was illegal to block exits after the Taylor report and a few lads started taking photos of them, they removed the barriers out of the way, at which point the smokers carried on as normal. So all in all a pointless exercise. One of the stewards told me that the City security team had instructed them to do it and after the fans protested that the chief of security was going to 'speak to' the security team about the error of their ways.
