if you're stuck for something to watch on TV over the holidays have a watch of Storyville on BBC iPlayer, a documentary about the club whose fans are outwardly racist and anti Arab. Their owner buys two Islamic players for non footballing reasons and the programme charts the fallout led by the fanatical and influential La Famille group of fans.

Well worth a watch. Available for 7 days.

Watched it a couple of weeks back, very interesting to say the least !!!
It certainly was interesting. The owner at the time (2013) was Arkadi Gaydamak, the guy who bought Portsmouth (although his son was the nominal owner). When he was convicted of various money laundering charges, the banks withdrew all his banking facilities, which largely caused Portsmouth's collapse.

Ahhhh, didn't realise it was him who was involved with Pompey,he was bent as a 5 bob note him,fan power though eh,speaks massive volumes in every club all over the world !!

What a depressing documentary. Racial purity ideology from a race that was massacred in WW2 in the name of racial purity. Those hardline Beitar fans must be a grim lot if even Netanyahu has disowned them.

It was a insightful, if not depressing....

The two Muslim lads, although pawns, were a perfect example of why hate can be manifested in soooooo many... Suppressed but easy enough to bring to the surface!!
