I mention this on every survey they send no matter what it is about. I wish they would at least turn the last one out.

A. They are, or at least that’s what somebody from the main contractor told me when I worked on part of the site at the time
B. I don’t know what they are wired in but I do find the nuisance beak action theory hard to believe.

Is it not simply possible that they've run out? Perhaps they'll re do them all when the final one goes out!
