It is indeed, i was in sports direct (Liverpool branch) the other day and four teenage lads from Sweden were rummaging through the aisles looking for city shirts, I told them they wouldn't find them and sent them to Lime St to catch a train to the City Store. I saw a home shirt in a sports shop in Stockholm last year, nestled between the Milan and Barca shirts.
