British Cup....aka The League Cup

Nice idea but unworkable really as the Champs League places are dished out on a country by country basis.

Four competitions is too much.

Other countries think it's absolutely mental.

Personally I'd have the League Cup be Football League teams with Premier League teams having to field an under 23 Academy side with spots for 3 older players in squad.

forget a british cup for the football never going to happen BUT how about a manchester cricket team in east manchester to rival lancashire that would be great for summer in east manchester and why this not been put to the council and city there is loads of room behind the the ground next to the canal side. the 1 day games 50 overs and the 20/20 night and day games would be magic in the summer. the man city owners should branch out into cricket in manchester it could be a winner

We have a cricket team in Manchester, it's called Lancashire?

Playing these lot twice this season is bad enough, wouldn't like the possiblitlity of having to play them and the other knobheads across Glasgow every year, leave them up beyond the wall.

It'd make them less nobheads overtime because we'd be more familiar with each other.
