She has admitted herself that she took 300 Tramadol tablets into Egypt which were not for her; she has said they were for her husband and she has said that he suffers from chronic back pain.
(Egypt has a chronic problem with people being addicted to opiods in medication form btw)

She's married to an Egyptian and they don't know the laws of that country, bull shit.

The family or a spokesman for them was on the radio yesterday. He was saying that she has not been convicted of smuggling but of possession as the tablets were in a clear plastic bag on top of her suitcase. This is why she has a short sentence.
