Don't forget this player has an agent as well. What's he been doing for the best of intentions for Zuculini? Unless the player doesn't mind being part of a squad knowing at best he is on the bench in a League Cup game. Because imo that's his situation with us as it is...

Unless the kid just doesn't want to play football anymore, we can't allow that to happen. It's totally unfair & it's an absolutely dreadful black mark on the club, to bring a kid over here from Argentina, then he does fine pre season, we loan him out, then when he comes back & does ok again, we sign several new players & dump him out of the squad, then leave him, tied to a contract, sat at home, with no hope whatsoever of playing any kind of regular meaningful football, at 22 years of age. That's just totally wrong & unacceptable.

If you represented a brilliant kid in Argentina or Brazil & had a choice of City & several others, you wouldn't choose City, if you had seen them do that to a young player.

But I presume/hope City either have something lined up for him, or we are trying to move out someone else instead.

That’s a bit OTT. He had a chance to make an impact at two different Spanish sides last year and failed. We won’t really know why but it’s chances wasted.
He (and his agent) would also be very aware of his position within our squad. It’s not like we have gone out on the last day and bought anyone that displaces him in our squad. You could see this coming months ago.
I think he will move out somewhere today or possibly Portugal as above.

It's not ott at all even in the slightest.

He didn't sign for 'two Spanish clubs' he signed for City. And he didn't get a good chance at either Spanish club, at all, the circumstances were very difficult.

It is City's job to look after him after uprooting him here from Argentina. If you can't picture that, imagine if he was your kid, who had tried all his life to be a top footballer, trusted a club wanted him, & uprooted & was now stranded in Argentina.
