It's been in the offing for absolute ages, that! I thought it would be released this year, but I guess it must've been a writer/ finding an actor thing. Still, no officially attached names for anything according to that, so it may yet be 2010, if at all!

Kevin Smith's animated Masters of the Universe series at Netflix has lined up a powerhouse voice cast.

Mark Hamill, Lena Headey, Chris Wood and Sarah Michelle Gellar headline the ensemble for Masters of the Universe: Revelation, an anime-style series on which Smith serves as showrunner.

I know that there was supposed to be a live action, finally, with Noah Centineo(who?) for main role, but it seems that this is off now or delayed and it looks like Dwayne Johnson is trying to tie him up for the "Black Adam" film he's producing and starring in.
