Caicedo or Evans

i say giv phil a chance, Evans will never cut it, dnt care how old he is, has no quality what so ever! Although wud lyk to see sturridge playing on sunday!

Evans is clearly not good enough to get anywhere near any Prem side (decent or not).

He is strong but is not that good in the air, has no pace and no skill and, in summary, is not a good centre forward. That isn't going to change - he may be young but in the Prem up front you either need to be good in the air, quick or very skilful to succeed up front and he is none of them.

Caciedo gave the first glimpse of why we shelled out all that cash last night and is a better bet than Evans so go with him.

And get a rocket up the arse of that useless sod Jo, tell him to stop ducking out of headers and play two up front and go for it. Their defence is shocking.

I would like to Les give this a try......

Start both if Robinho's injured and go 4-4-2. Otherwise it has to be Caicedo. He offers us strength, holds up the ball, and power in the air, all of which a lone striker needs to be able to do, especially for us at the minute. Not forgetting the fact that he came on last night, when the team were playing shite, made a difference, and scored a goal.

Zab...Micah...Dunne..Garrido
SWP...Ireland..Kompany..Vassell
.......Evans......Caicedo

Or, if Robinho is fully fit, and not 70% of whatever he's been for the past few games.

Classic case of Caicedo getting insufficient number of games to show what he can do. Don't want to put the mockers on anything but WBA. . . . . . . ? Come on, give the lad at least an hour on Sunday and as much time as Ched has had. Last night was the most impressive he has been. And he won't get knocked of the ball!
