Very cheap that, and filching 2.75% would make them attractive to a retailer, although I've never used one,
as it goes against the grain to pay to access your own cash.

What will beggars do when there is no cash? I never carry cash (unless getting the bus into Tampa and I have to get $10 cash back at the supermarket in advance and then ask for 2 x $5 notes for the bus) and each time I am asked for money on the street I simply state i do not have any cash.

Buses take contactless here now. You've been away too long!!

Not got it up and running yet but yeah, i get asked every day if we take cards so i expect to take a couple of hundred quid a week on it. If nobody uses it it doesn't really matter though as there's no monthly rental on the machine. Also, the app used to run it through does lots of other stuff like spreadsheets and accounts if i wanna put my cash sales info into it as well.
Currently i have a cash machine about 10m away which i send punters to but that could be gone anytime.

Always thought it was a joke having to pay to get access to your own money...
