49 goals last season. 11 in 11 so far this season. I wouldn't pay a lot of money for him, because we don't need a player in that position and he's getting on a bit, but he's definitely good enough to play for us.

He'd be a decent sent signing if Sanchez isn't available. Christ, our forward line would be even more frightening.

I know a lot of players would like to player under Pep, but in Cavanni's case because of our existing attacking options he'd probably find himself in a similar position to the one he's already in. Neymar is a guaranteed starter regardless of how he plays and Mbappe is likely to be as well, so Edison has gone from top man to third choice. PSG have treated him pretty shitty and it smacks of new toys syndrome. Rags will have him, a big tall striker will be useful for defending corners and free kicks.

Look at it another way: High quality players are now openly angling for a move to City. Think about that...

Hardly surprising when you see the kind of football that is currently on display here.
At this rate we might be tempting Messi.

No, but for any fan over the age of 20, extraordinary.

Why? Do people over 20 have a hard time seeing the obvious or do they just live in the past?

    better sign Sanchez than Cavani.
more versatile type, can play many position upfront.
for fixed forward, we already have legendary Kun.
