Roberts looked great again but you have to say he was up against nothing.
Still a Derby win is a derby win so enjoy as i know i would ;-)

Think it's fair to say Brendan Rodgers has done a remarkable job up north so far and is getting the very best out of his team. They play good football but the level up there is not very good at all.
A part of me thinks they'd stay up due to their stadium and crowds but I can't think of any teams which they have a better squad than in the PL.
Current team only, everyone knows with PL money they'd be a very good team.

With Rodgers at the helm they'd probably be similar to Watford. Good on the eye and if they can work up a good team spirit they could lead the charge for 7th.
But questionable player quality could be their undoing. Not enough to get them relegated, but enough to push them close. I suppose with a PL income they'd fare better.
I rate Rodgers. Although they'd need someone better at signing players than him at the club.

They are playing in the equivalent of the third tier of English football. I dare say even the Moston Rag Socks would give them a good game
