It looks like the whole problem in the transfer of Aranguiz is, like I cited here in an ealy post, that Inter doesnt won the whole rights of the player. Actually is he owned 25% by Inter, and 75% by an Inverst Found.

And was the invest found this time, who rejected all the bids again, as the media stated this...

It continue the poker game for Aranguiz....

As LEICESTER improved his offer (15m Euros) now and are giving now more money than Leverkusen for him, even they still had yesterday reached an agreement with the player.

Charles also want to go to the germans. But Inter would only let him go there, if they improve their offer or make a better again.
