If we had returned tickets to chelsea why has it took them three weeks to put them on sale? More likely Corporate tickets that haven't been sold.

And we didnt return Southampton tickets we just didnt take the full allocation.

there's no telling some people is there. southampton was 'SOLD OUT' within days. we sent them tickets back eleven days before the game. chelsea was 'SOLD OUT' within days. it appears we must have also returned tickets to them also. seriously, corporate tickets not sold? for this match!!!! have you ever known city to sell extra tickets about a week before a 'SOLD OUT' game? yes! and where have they come from? they've been returned from the opposing team, haven't they.
You are right theres no telling some people is there?

<a class="postlink" href="https://www.mcfc.co.uk/news/tickets-and-travel/2014/october/southamption--v-city-ticket-info" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://www.mcfc.co.uk/news/tickets-and ... icket-info</a>

have a think eh, before trying to make out i'm stupid. if those tickets had sold out, that quickly, why didn't we ask for the rest? we could have easily sold them. and as for the chelsea game. it's clear i and many others wanted to go. at half price, they could have probably sold about ten thousand. .

There is nothing to question! We took 2500 tickets and sold them all, 2500 fans went to the game we never returned any tickets. We have took all of the tickets we can for Chelsea we have sold all of the tickets. Simple.

Did you just quote a random guy of twitter to substantiate a ridiculous point. Think it through - city were turning down people trying to buy tickets at £200+ for the boat trip yet you think they did that and then sent tickets back to Chelsea? You are wrong, just like you were wrong about the southampton game.

wanted to go to this game, meself, but the tickets were gone in a couple of days, which begs the question "why have we returned tickets to chelsea?"

we did the same thing with southampton. tickets were 'sold out' a couple of weeks before and, lo and behold, next thing we know is southampton fans taking the piss because we'd returned tickets. anybody know what's going on?
Have we fuck returned tickets to chelski. grow up.

try a bit of research before you go telling people, probably older than yourself, to grow up.

Where does it say City have returned tickets? It says there has been tjckets returned but these could be corporate or supporters clubs or seasoncard holders ,

i'm making the point that it's not unreasonable to assume it was city that returned the tickets. nothing ridiculous about it at all. have you ever heard of any fan returning tickets to the club? who the fuck would return tickets for one of the biggest matches of the season? chelsea also have their own ticket exchange scheme, negating the need for fans to return them to the club. and i wasn't wrong about the southampton game either. you will note that the ticket information for that game includes one very telling word: initial. so why, when those tickets were sold out SEVENTEEN DAYS BEFORE the game, did we not request the extra allocation when it must have been apparent that we could have sold another seven hundred?
i accept there is a slim chance i could be wrong, but the fact that you seem so incapable of grasping the fact that the most logical explanation for returned tickets is usually the visiting club, baffles me.
