Anyone know how I would go about getting my lad to be the match mascot one day?

His birthday is coming up, just thinking of different things to do.

Cheers

go on live4city and they do it with a competition for each match

Like bluemoon27 says. I think you need to join live 4 city.

I had a mate who was a junior blue about 7 years ago who was mascot for a game, and I think it was from a draw they do

You might want to keep a look-out in the MEN for competitions - my grandson Josh won one in 2004, and he was mascot at the Chelsea home game (we lost 1-0 that day) but he said it was the best day of his life so far. His prize included 4 match-day tickets, pre-match stadium tour, buffet lunch in the players lounge...and all the other stuff.

Great day out.

Best wishes with your efforts.
