Best 45 minutes against top opposition in a long time IMO and that includes Barca last season.

Excellent result,a shame it didnt stay 11 v 11 as i wanted to see how our defence would cope with the early worries we were witnessing.Saying that,it was very much the right decision.

Anyway,while beating the horrible scouse twats is lovely,what's most important is that our keeper is ok - fingers crossed.

Great to see him coming out on to the bench right at the end. Looked a bit groggy but good to see he will be ok.
