If we kicked off at home at 3pm and the ladies game started at say 1pm or 5pm, it would be rammed. Why can't they do this?

There are plenty of potential reasons. It's harder to adequately steward two games in succession, where you need two separate sets of stewards, than two in two days where some people may steward both. The police may veto it on the grounds of available resources. The WSL may refuse to move the match from its scheduled slot, or the visiting team might refuse the move too. They may simply not want to have to organise what would be a far bigger logistical effort than running them on different days.

Not saying any of these reasons are necessarily good enough to excuse the decision, but often clubs just decide it's not worth the effort.

Olympic silver medallist!

No idea how the Swedes didn't score in that last 5 mins, only caught the end if the match so don't know if they deserved it overall.

Just tried to buy tickets for tomorrow on the City site - says it's sold out! Can't believe we have sold 7,000 tickets. Anyone know if tickets will be available at the ground tomorrow?
