To be a sort of devil’s advocate I ordered some things online on the 1st December for my granddaughters in Canada, hoping that they’d get here in time for me to post them on to them. They arrived on the 5th December & I Christmas wrapped them & they were on the way on the 6th.

I’m sorry that people have had problems. I just wanted to sort of redress the balance because it’s only natural that people who’ve had problems are going to post whereas the people who have been lucky might not. I hope that makes sense?

Yep; I ordered one of those maroon drill tops and it was here after 8 days. I was happy enough with that, given it was travelling to Ireland and that period took in a weekend when there's no post deliveries over here.

Ordered stuff which said it would take up to two days and took over a week, and the courier chucked it in back garden rather than knocking. The confirmation loses all size info too, certainly my last time I use them.

Low stock levels of poorly designed shite. Unimaginative and very limited Christmas offerings to buy the kids and terrible store layout. Considering the investment on the pitch and in other areas of the club, the merchandising is amateurish at best.

It is. Both the club shop and website. Run out of their warehouse in Middleton (you go right past it on the M60).

The club shop staff don't actually work for City, they work for Fanatics (the company formerly known as Kitbag).

My partner has bought me something online over a week ago. No email confirmation but payment taken from bank on the same day. She rang up today as the item hadn’t arrived and they have no record of the order.

I'm still waiting for something ordered 8 days ago which said it would be 2/3 days. No email update. Nothing.

Biggest big bear I have with the club at the moment is not having a place to socialise at the ground on non match days. Would be great to have a cafe on site like in the old days. Secondly nipped to the shop today to buy my lad some Xmas bits and it was passing it down. By the time I had parked in the gasometer car parks I decided to not bother.

Crazy we can’t park a bit closer.

i ordered 2 items for my mum to give to my son for christmas,i ordered them on november 29 th and clicked for them to be delivered to the stadium store,they were dispatched on the 6 th december and they still have not arrived at the stadium store ,as far as i know they come from kitbag in Hyde to the stadium store about 10 miles maximum.Iv done this many times with no problem ,but this time with it being xmas its been very slow .
