Club Shop

I’m after a Blue Santa hat for tomorrow but am advised that City have run out. Mary D’s?
 
Biggest big bear I have with the club at the moment is not having a place to socialise at the ground on non match days. Would be great to have a cafe on site like in the old days. Secondly nipped to the shop today to buy my lad some Xmas bits and it was passing it down. By the time I had parked in the gasometer car parks I decided to not bother.

Crazy we can’t park a bit closer.
I agree. it'd be great if there was a place close to the stadium where you could get something to eat and drink and have a chat. Like a meeting place. If it was near the club shop and ticket office, that'd make it even more convenient. Maybe pushing it a bit but if the club could stretch to putting on some entertainment there, it'd be fantastic.

Agree. If they could do an indoor fanzone/city square it would be great for the little ones.
 
Daughter number two bought daughter number 1 Peter Kay tickets for Christmas and the tour has been cancelled. So last week she ordered a City shirt online with the Manchester Bee printed. We ordered it through my season card for collection from the store thinking I would collect it before the spurs match
No e mail confirmation or text came through
On Tuesday I rang customer services to find out if it had been dispatched as I've still not heard anything and was told it's 3-5 working days, so it'll be Thursday at the latest, but I will definitely receive a confirmation when it's ready to collect
I've still not heard anything, so I've rang again this morning and was told the shirt was dispatched last Thursday (the day it was ordered)
I said I haven't received any confirmation and on Tuesday when I chased I was told it hadn't been sent
She tried contacting the shop whilst I held and said she couldn't get through, but it should be there for collection tomorrow before the game
I asked what if it isn't? She said they should make up a shirt for you then if you take all the relevant paperwork, but she would try and contact the store during the day to let me know if it is there

I then said I'd ordered a running jacket online and because of the delay in the shirt, I ordered this to be delivered to my home. Everything has gone to plan, with the exception of when I unwrapped it, the City badge is missing the "Y", so can I exchange it at the store as it's faulty?
She said they should, but they might not and they might tell you to return it back to us

See stadium development thread. The space from the the back of the south stand (when it gets developed to 3 tiers or standing) to the Tram stop is crying out to be developed into a massive all-in-1 City square with the shop, stage, bars, cafe, ticket office & transport...hopefully indoor or with a roof/canvas.

Thats not too bad as opposed to my order,mine was ordered 29th november,it was dispatched to the store dec 6th,and it still as not arrived there,if its not there by tomorrow when we go to the bournemouth game my 10 year old will not be getting his christmas present from his grandparents,Iv contacted the shop and customer services and thay say i must wait till Jan 4th.
