Sorry for the delay - I received a letter from UEFA last Friday which basically said they weren't competent to deal with my complaint - I won't argue with that, but what I think they meant is that they didn't have jurisdiction.
I will send a letter along similar lines to FIFA this week.
The rules are being changed apparently as they are totally unworkabe according to all the agents and do not reflect how football has operated for decades.
It seems this is now widely acknowledged by all parties and a more pragmatic solution will be put in place.
