It has been estimated that, if indeed the towers were brought down by controlled explosions, it would require a combined 600tons of explosives, in relation to the sizes of the structures involved.
Let's look at the maths of that
1ton =2,240lbs
So 600 x 2,240 =1,015,625lbs
that's 1 million, fifteen thousand and 625 pounds. Just think of that parked in your garden.
So, say we divide that into backpacks,of 40lbs each to smuggle it in, we have
1,015,625 /40 =25,391 if we round it up. Nearly 26 thousand backpacks.
So, 25,391 backpacks need to be taken in,unseen, walls taken down temporarily, unseen. Fitted with a detonating device, unseen.
Say we say these guys were quick and no matter where in the buildings, could do all that in two hours, we then have a job that would take
25,391 x 2hiurs average fitting =50,781 hours
Or 50,781/24 hours =2,116 days
Or 2,116/ 365days =5.8 years.
So a team of ten say would take
211.6days. With nobody seeing them. No CCTV of vans dropping off the explosives. Nobody suddenly remembering the guys taking off wall panels. For 211.6 days?
Now two hours a go, is very very fast. So if we look at the real time, it would take then it's much much longer.
Unless of course you had hundreds doing it. Unnoticed.
