Crazy decisions of years gone by.

    Just checking some stats and I noticed in 78/79 season Gary Owen scored 14 goals for us. We sold him. The year before Barnes scored 11 and we sold him.

    Were these two of the most stupid decisions we ever made as a club?

    I'm sure there are plenty more.

    there are a few but without doubt the main one was sacking Joe Mercer. Allison ruined us.
