putting ralgex on then scratching is a no no as well, the pain still haunts my dreams

Just reminded me of big tough cumbrian farmer doing exactly that... 15 mins before a rugby match when I was a young man. I can still hear the screams now!!!!!!!!!

chop up hot chilli's,make a curry then once cooked watch tv and scratch your knackers..............

Or finger your bird..as I did when I was a student...It didnt go down very well as I recall!!!!!!!
