Yes but up to 16 missiles with 8 warheads per missile can be deployed per boat. (20 on American boats)

Yeah, but there's only 8 missiles with a maximum of 40 warheads on each boat and a total of no more than 120 operationally available warheads (3 boat loads of 40 each) since the decision in SDSR 2010. That decision had been implemented by 2015. We can't load 'em with warheads we don't have :)
