20% swing to the Dem's. Even if the Republican candidate somehow manages to scrape over the line by the odd 100 votes on the 10th recount (and I don't doubt for a second this could happen), it is still a huge kick in the slats for the GOP.

They'll do better but this one might not be the best guide. The Democrat Conor Lamb held some views that would be regarded as solidly Republican and the Republican Saccone was generally regarded as a weak candidate.
