Donald Trump | Found guilty on all 34 counts

More woe for Trump.
In the E Jean Carrol case, the judge has denied his request for a stay secured by a partial bond. This means that from March 9th, Ms Carrol’s team can start taking his assets to satisfy the judgement.
In the Stormy Daniels case, the jury has been granted anonimity and Trump has received a formal warning that he will be excluded from the trial if he indulges in disruptive behaviour.
The wheels of justice turn again.

While I am sure she has a pre-nup, Melania would be wise to file for divorce soon before he's (and she's) left with nothing.

Trump posts bond.
At the last minute Trump has posted a bond of 91m USD in the E Jean Carrol case. He has not posted his own cash but a bond company has come up with the money secured on a Trump asset. If his appeal is successful he gets the money back. If unsuccessful that money goes direct to Ms Carrol. If the damages are reduced, that’s what she gets from the bond with the balance returned to Trump. The premium that Trump has to pay to the bond co is about 10% of the bond. The bond co can sell the asset if Trump cannot pay them. The asset used is not disclosed….Mar-a-Largo?
